WTF IS BIBA?
BIBA = Big Ideas Big Action
The participants at BIBA will help you build something new, or refresh something old. You can attend, but you must share ideas and plan for doing something that matters.
You will leave excited, invigorated and connected to a group of people that will support your .com, .gov and/or .org initiative.
This is an event that will help train you to think creatively, generate new ideas for your business/organization, and bring those ideas to life.
What
Here’s how it works
[PDF Overview]BIBA is structured to ensure that you’ll capture as much actionable insight as possible. The content presented will be inspirational, instructional and applicable to your work in .com, .gov and .org sectors Mid-day, participants will breakout for “Big Brainstorming” - where those interested in providing ideas, and those needing fresh ones will match up to plot and scheme. There will be plenty of materials for creativity - pads, markers, printers, cameras, and of course - Legos (we love Legos).
Where
BIBA will take place at the Woolly Mammoth Theatre in DC’s Chinatown district.
Woolly’s dynamic 265-seat “transparent theatrical laboratory,” designed by award-winning architect Mark McInturff is an à propos venue for this coming together of creative and strategic minds.
Woolly Mammoth is a bustling place to experience the leading edge of theatre with theatergoers, artists and students rubbing elbows at hundreds of performances every year.
